Umesh Verma

Co-Founder & CEO

Umesh co-founded InnovoClinical in 2008 and has led it as CEO since, setting the organizational strategy through two decades of innovation in how clinical research is run.

As a founding member of the team behind Argus Safety, Umesh led the product to become the industry-standard pharmacovigilance system that was acquired by Oracle in 2009. In 2000 he co-founded Commerce Velocity, a mortgage technology SaaS business acquired by Bear Stearns in 2006, and acquired again by Fidelity National Financial in 2010.

He brings the judgment of a founder who has built products that became industry standards paired with decades of direct experience in the clinical space.
