Paul has spent 33 years building and leading commercial functions across the life sciences industry — from early-stage research through clinical development, manufacturing, and diagnostics.

He led sales for ThermoFisher Scientific's Digital Science unit, the BIOVIA division at Dassault Systemes, a pharma business unit at AspenTech, and commercial operations at Anju Software, guiding it to a successful acquisition.

Paul founded SpringOQ, his own consulting practice for biotech solution providers, and now leads all commercial strategy, sales, marketing, and business development at InnovoClinical.
