Amit is a founding member of multiple companies, with years inside the medical device industry bringing patient monitors, ophthalmology equipment, and heart valves through development and into the field.

At Commerce Velocity he built a rules-based automated underwriting engine — AI before large language models became standard — along with point-of-sale solutions and NPV-based risk models.

As CCO at InnovoClinical, Amit oversees compliance, regulatory, quality, and AI infrastructure. He holds a PhD in Engineering from Washington State University.
